My car doesn't turn on or run, are you still able to remove it?

Yes, we pick up all types of cars, vans, utes and trucks regardless of condition. As long as it is a complete vehicle then we can remove it for you.

Is the payment instant or do I get paid after the vehicle is picked up?

Our drivers pay cash on arrival so you will have cash in your hand before the vehicle leaves your sight! If you can’t be present then we can transfer you prior to picking up the car.

What happens after the vehicle has been picked up?

We will take care of the entire process for you. We will help you with the deregistration process or the ownership change process. Our experienced and knowledgeable drivers will explain everything to you in person to make sure you’re all sorted.

Do I need to be present when my vehicle is being removed?

In most cases, you don’t need to be present for your vehicle to be removed. Generally, the only time you will need to be present is if the vehicle is inside a garage or closed off area on your property.

What happens to the number plates once the vehicle has been sold for scrap?

We will remove the plates and hand them back to you. It  is the registered owners responsibility to hand it to your local VTNZ or AA Centre to deregister. You may also be eligible for a registration refund.
